I stayed at this hotel and overall had a nice experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kiel, making it super convenient for exploring. The service from the staff was top-notch; they were professional and very welcoming. However, the room was quite small and a bit too warm for my liking, and the dining options could use a little improvement as the breakfast was somewhat average. Despite these small drawbacks, it was definitely a pleasant stay.
